They don't add 50%. It's more like +10% chance of succeeding. Even at that, at a certain point, they become useless. If I remember correctly, +8 --> +9 is the last time they'll actually improve the chances.Phaiyte wrote:These things add 50% to your chance of successfully overuping all equipment.

Re: Decarding NPC
They will still sell themselves(don't ask) for 3m each time. HAHA! You can't help but laugh at that one. I don't mind either system, but decarding something is more of a convenience and it can imbalance the game, primarily the economy. You're not meant to be able to reuse rare things. Once you use ...

Re: Baby WoE
How hard something is to come across determines a lot of the value of an item, economically. Besides, when you really think about it, valk shield is really limited in what it's useful for. It's not an item I see as general use for most classes. It's along the same lines of usefulness as an ice pick ...

Re: Baby WoE
What are you talking about? I actually generally still don't use valk shield for the characters I choose to play. The uses of other shields still outweigh the uses of the valk shield. Once you factor in everything, the best use for it would be in PvP due to how rare the item generally is. For this s...

Re: Custum Remover
You don't synthesize for the effects of the hat, there are none to really begin with for custom hats. To compare this to card slotting is complete crap. You synthesize for the look of the custom, not for an effect. If there was no synthesizing, people would just deal with being fug to begin with.

Re: Baby WoE
I'm not sure newer players who came in after the introduction of the standard items today can fathom the builds and tactics from back then. Most of the classic builds are still better than 90% of the new age builds. The potential of this WoE is pretty epic, forces people to actually learn how to pla...

Re: Baby WoE
Taking half is a bit much.... I'd say reduce the emp life by about 30-40%. Anything beyond that gets a bit easy. Gotta keep in mind how fast we broke the emp with everyone in our guild hitting a regular emp. Took us an all of about 5 seconds from start to finish. Granted that was with massive buffs ...

Re: Baby WoE
I'm pretty sure I speak for most people when I say, make it work like normal woe, just baby classes only.
I'm even tempted to say allow extended classes below level 90 (not including level 90).
