You just made a really common mistake. In your ATK stat, the first number is the base you are working with. The second number is a hard damage increase. So if you're attack was 100 + 10 and your skill does 200% damage, you would be doing ~210. You also haven't even accounted for the targets VIT def...

Well it's more or less I don't know the economy well enough to determined a set price. However when playing on iRO I had sold them for 1k each so~ I suppose that would be a good enough price to set up? [iRO drop is 90%, Amistr is x30 so it's a 100% drop.] Hopefully that's a agreeable price. :]

Turtle General is terrible for any weapon past 1 slot. And you may want to go for a pike [4] instead. Tons better; promise. +1 to Sharps suggestions.
