Re: BUff for extended classes
"Theoretically, I could..." Theorycraft is fine, but if you've been playing for 7 years, then you know that it isn't as simple as that. WoE is a lot more chaotic than anyone in this thread has suggested, and using AoE to damage as many people as possible in as short a time as possible is i...

Re: BUff for extended classes
It's true that their stats could do with some improvement, but attaining balance between classes is a tricky thing, which is why most servers don't tamper with it in the first place. I still believe a Counter Dagger based Soul Linker is ridiculous, as you could do the same thing it does more efficie...

Re: BUff for extended classes
Okay. Here's my actual input, rather than simply tearing down what Haelstrom has to say. I disagree with Haelstrom's assessment of Ninjas, as does a majority of the RO gaming community. But he's a shut-in, so who knows where his opinions of ninjas stem from. If anything, Ninjas should receive dex bo...

Re: BUff for extended classes
I've already contributed my piece on SLers and Star Glads, but Haelstrom failed to come up with a witty retort, or even better, a valid counterpoint. Maybe you should start reading.

Re: BUff for extended classes
and then finish off with burst damage such as North Wind (Wind elemental Sharpshooting, an AoE spell that goes through Land Protector ?!) Besides the fact that's wrong Similar? Same?! Not?! Not same?! Not same skill!? No?! deals damage to all those in the area of effect . . . This skill can be cast...

Re: BUff for extended classes
Congratulations on selectively picking at your opponent's argument, ignoring everything valid and refusing to acknowledge any of your own errors while completely disregarding any source information (thanks Nova, that's a good idea) in favour of now picking at technicalities and wording of the two Wi...

Re: BUff for extended classes
deals damage to all those in the area of effect (targeting is similar to the Sniper skill Focused Arrow Strike) Woah, it seems like it's similar to Focused Arrow Strike! First Wind has a short cast time Just like a certain skill you may be familiar with. This skill can be cast on Magnetic Earth. On...

Re: BUff for extended classes
Summons the morning winds to blow past the target, with sharp blades of wind cutting through everything in its path. The wind cuts down a path towards the targeted enemy, and deals damage to all those in the area of effect (targeting is similar to the Sniper skill Focused Arrow Strike). The length ...

Re: BUff for extended classes
We're different people. First off, Salad is a filthy female. I'm not. Admittedly, she linked me here and I facepalmed for a good half hour. Secondly, you're hilarious. You obviously don't know the Area of Effect for Sharpshooting OR North Wind (Protip: They're identical.) Continue flaunting your own...

Re: BUff for extended classes
I'll sum this up. If you need me to give you sources source for the individual cliff'd "arguments", please say so. I'd be happy to quote your own junk right back at you, and challenge you to weasel your way out of accepting that the quote is simply my summarized points minus the sophistry ...
