Concerning the santa beard...
I was wondering if this lower headgear will be permanent.
Many have found that it does give 5 def, and I don't think it should.

First of all, know that I am new here (so I'm very new to the hat synthesizer) Ever since I found this npc, I have wondered how it works. What is meant when it says "custom headgear". Does that mean: event hats, donation hats, quest hats, or the ones made through the hat dude? thanks /right
