I'm sorry if this post is off topic uh.. yay babies woo.
Links can still be used because baby linkers exist.
When you use the npc to turn into a baby class it doesn't let you change into any of the extended classes; does it work if you get adopted? I wanted a baby ninja. :x

Officially, its unknown if the extended classes have their baby classes available.

To support that, eAthena doesn't even have them included in their job databases:
http://svn.eathena.ws/svn/ea/trunk/db/job_db1.txt
http://svn.eathena.ws/svn/ea/trunk/db/job_db2.txt

However, they are in here as a non-official eA Job:

The idea of a baby WoE really does mirror the way WoE was before any trans/extended classes existed and a number of the items that are used today (Wool, Thorny, et cetera). In a way, it is a classic WoE environment -- similar to back when players hated the newer changes. The only differences I guess would be the size changes and the limit of stats.

If Emergency Call is allowed along with any of the skills, I'll most likely have to enforce kicking out any non-baby classes from the WoE maps immediately. It's not really a problem, but would be a hassle for any one that's not a baby in a guild.

Sins were the most popular class and had close to of the highest melee DPS before edp, link, trans, etc. They will still be good in baby WoE and are still quite effective emp breakers.
