The sad thing is, I just polled a few players on the server now from the UK, Middle East, Central Europe, and Canada, and I'm getting fairly similar numbers to a prospective Dallas, TX host right now -- then again they're all mostly below 200ms.

We'll just have to see with this next move how things go.

So far, we've moved from Scranton, PA -> Tampa Bay, FL with no luck. Dallas, TX is looking like proper middle-ground at the moment.

yes. apparently the data center that Koma chose is not aligned or whatever with Speedtest's testing point.

For anyone currently experiencing lag, I can confirm that there's a current period of packetloss at the moment. I'm in talks with the datacenter now to resolve this in a timely fashion.

Overall, our system resources are fine, however we have about a 19% packetloss rate to even Google.com (although my sampling period was less than a minute).

Apologies for any inconvenience.

EDIT: For the tech-savvy:
From Server To Outside:
--- google.com ping statistics ---
131 packets transmitted, 117 received, 10% packet loss, time 269535ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 31.197/40.672/42.948/3.957 ms

--- yahoo.com ping statistics ---
32 packets transmitted, 30 received, 6% packet loss, time 55307ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 32.223/32.996/34.448/0.478 ms

--- bbc.co.uk ping statistics ---
47 packets transmitted, 42 received, 10% packet loss, time 66819ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 134.473/135.112/135.668/0.418 ms

From Me To Server
Packets: Sent = 57, Received = 53, Lost = 4 (7% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 61ms, Maximum = 69ms, Average = 63ms
