I would like to ask why amistr 's forum is being wraped inside a frame.
it gets rly annoying wile trying to scroll with the mouse scroll... at least on firefox

I agree, there is an issue with it double framing somehow. I haven't exactly had a chance to debug it, but it is very annoying. For awhile, we had thought it was the phpBB incompatibility with IE7/8, but since it's happening on other browsers too (I debug with Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, and IE), that was dismissed. Also, the scrolling issue in the post boxes is another issue that needs to be looked into.

There are no tags specifically for frames when looking at the source after a load, but it seems to be happening on PHP generation or as part of a JS. The forum itself is quite buggy especially since we just recently did a bit of work on the backend this week.

EDIT: Found it with Chrome's development tools. Fixed now.
