Race Event sucks (last hr)

Hazel wasn't ready this event race.
1st and 2nd there no rules on this event; w/ pecos, increase agi, wind walker, authorative badge were able to use this race.
on the 3rd, we don't who won this race. others was unable to join, she ask to all players to create a novice character, and they though that she warps on pront to race map.

try to be organize Event next time...

Event's going bad happen sometimes, during the duration of the event (Multiple rounds) she has learnt from the experiance what needed to be changed, thusfore the problem has been solved. Also she hosted a dice event after to make up for the errors in the previous event.
