All my skils disappeared...

Hi I have a problem, all my skils disappeared i tried to reset them but it didn't help. All my other chcarakters are normal and I don't know what to do. It looks like this: is there any way to help me? I just started playing recently here;/

Do you have a pet? Then it's should be causing you trouble. Return it to its egg, relog and your skills should be back.
