Not difficult to implement -- but you guys tell us if it should be in -- considering that that isn't a bug.

EDIT: And also, while we're at it: are we only applying this to Cursed Water or the other items in question as well?

EDIT2: Also another note that the change to fix this is by changing the usage of the item from an itemskill to a status change start. This means that it will be usable regardless of if you can cast a spell or not. This is similar to the change to Fly Wings and why they're no longer usable during spell cast to cancel a cast.

Nothing against making the change, but I'd rather not have people coming after us after this is implemented when they didn't realize some of the side-effects.
