It should be implemented because of the fact that it isn't an easy choice to upgrade to. The more gear that is at least somewhat viable the more variety we get which is always nice. I personally would never use the Alice Doll [1], but I would like to see it implemented because there are people that want to use it and I can't think of a strong argument against it.

I wouldn't mind it being added in. A slotted headgear that you don't have to feel entirely bad about using in a war, though I doubt I'll be using it. There's already been discussion of why it isn't overpowered, and I'm pretty satisfied with what's been said. Just stating my support for it. Should this be moved to the suggestion area?
