Halloween Phase Three is now in. As the clock struck midnight, changes began to appear in Prontera. The fountain has now been replaced by a witch and mysterious pumpkins have started growing everywhere!
Old and somewhat familiar faces have begun to show up as well. The official Halloween Events for 2006, 2008, and this year (2009) are now available to experience. While some may think "I got these prizes from Blobbing", if you still haven't, now's your chance. Hallowporing still has a few surprises not found anywhere else, so I wouldn't recommend you stop visiting him either.

In addition, Phase Five will be revised into an Autumn Event next weekend in order to give players more time to plan for it. We will hold each one (Asian and American) immediately after the First Edition WoEs next Saturday. Phase Four will continue today (Hallomas 11/1). On another note, the Pumpkin Head Hats now have their stat bonuses implemented. If they're not permanent, the stat bonuses will at least be available for the rest of November guaranteed.
NOTE: The Pumpkin Hat from the 2009 quest (the one next to the Job Researcher) is missing its name and description. This will be updated shortly. From iROWiki: "Weird Pumpkin Hats add 5 DEF, 5 MDEF, and have a low chance to cause monsters to drop Pumpkin Pie." Also, there originally was an issue with the "Gift Box?"s, but this is now corrected.
