Does everyone think we should have a card remover even if it costs zeny.
We could put it this way.
1m + (250k*Number Of Cards) + (200k*Weapon Level) = Decarded 100% Chance ?
Basically if u're decarding a Battle Fork [4] with 3 Hydras and 1 Skel Worker.
It would cost you:
1,000,000 + (250,000 x 4) + (200,000 x 4) = 2,800,000
Please think of this as it's not cheap and it's worth it.

The system as is, is designed to really make you think about using a card before you do - so that way, you can't just put utterly destructive cards on nub gear, decard, slap it onto the good stuff, and off you go. Problem with that being: it makes many, many cards go unused until people either get duplicates (not including accessory cards) or their intended gear and not even just that, but their intended gear to +7, +8, etc..
So I think it's perfectly reasonable to allow decarding without destroying the cards as a separate NPC - but to make it quite a steep cost so people don't just go "LOLOL DECARD RECARD." It'd accomplish the same task as the current system strides for, and at the same time, still give us leniency on card/armor/weapon combos.
