Tatachos: Part II.

Post by Haelstrom »

Regretfully, I've discovered another bug concerning them.

Seems once they take damage (to what point, I can't be sure), they become aggressive. I.E. whether you leave the map, whether you sign out and someone completely unrelated comes by..

Also, I used Meteor Storm on a Tatacho, it went into stun and didn't aggro me- but ANOTHER Tatacho nearby -did- aggro me at 100% health despite never being in the radius, suggesting they may have group aggro - and a full health Tatacho went straight for me while casting Fire Bolt, suggesting they have Cast Sensor.

Sometimes however, when walking by Tatachos at 22%, they won't aggro.

Other-times, even at near full, they will and in groups.

So it seems to me the previous problem is still in effect concerning the emoticon, except it's fixed on the mob with no stimuli (damage, cast) whatsoever. Needless to say though, the problem's definitely not fully rectified; they've certainly not had Cast Sensor nor this other, miscellaneous tweak in the past.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
[Edit]: Aside from the strange Cast Sensor, for those curious, here's part of the prior/pending current issue:

Changeset 14188 by L0ne_W0lf to the mob_skill_db.txt, red removed/green added obviously:

5341 1986,Tatacho@HW_GANBANTEIN,attack,483,1,2000,0,7000,no,target,always,0,,,,,,

They addressed the idle NPC_Emotion for the last fix, and to that end, it works - sort of.
