Dual Client issue

I just installed amistr ro yesterday, with the full installer, updated all the things i needed to update, and when i tried to dual client, as soon as i log into a different account, that window will close instantly. Anyone know whats wrong?

The full client hasnt been packaged with the multi cliet.
It can be found on that same page near the bottom listed under other downloads.
