BG lost item

GM i lost my BG shoes for paladin "me" after i relog my character.
i change my 50 bravery badge for the battle greeves and i get it. then after i relog the shoes already lost
i dont know what happen here is a photo of my equips and inventory to prove it is lost. plss check this bug.

Looks like it's in your storage if you're talking about those Sprint Shoes in the screenshot.

Looking deeper into the logs, you've made no transactions (that can be seen) with the Battleground NPC with any of the characters on the account which that screenshot is showing me -- although that could be due to the bug.

Do you have a precise time or better screenshot to work off of? I should be able to pull the precise data directly from one of the backups easy enough if there indeed was a bug here involved. The problem I have with the screenshot is that it wasn't taken with the official Amistr client thus it is missing the timestamp and watermark.. and those would help me determine the status of this better.

no it just happen that im wearing the sprint shoes.
we played BG around 5-6am in the morning server time. i agree that this is not a sufficient evidence i just want to show that i really dont have the BG in my equips and inventory since its character bound i thought this will do. on the other hand i really do transact with the BG NPC that time and i got the greeves. if you want check the number of my badge before 6to prove that i really do transact.

The reason I ask for more specific times is so that I can pinpoint number of badges before and after and to observe the disappearance of the item and whether it didn't appear or not. Can you please confirm the name of the character that originally traded for the greaves?

the character that do the transaction is my paladin "Courtney".

Between 5:30 and 6:00, no transaction for the greaves ever took place, nor could have even taken place on the character "Courtney".

As of 5:30, your Bravery Badges count was at 18. Between then and 6:30, you had gained 3 Bravery Badges and it has stayed that way until 6:00 and present time with no NPC interactions or increment.

The price of those Greaves is 50 badges: "case 2: setarray .@Item_DB[0],2538,2539,2540; set .@Value, 50; break;". In addition, the additional logging measure refers to no transaction as well during the time period.

Of note, the badges are also easier to track considering that they are restricted by the following:

Trading mask values:
1:Item can't be drop
2:Item can't be traded (nor vended)
8:Item can't be sold to npcs
16:Item can't be placed in the cart
32:Item can't be placed in the storage
64:Item can't be placed in the guild storage

can you check my Bravery badge during 5am then upto 6 am.. i did the transaction between those time.. and im sure before doing these Battlegrounds i already have 50+ badge... thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.. it just that i really do have that badge.. tnx
