this is not a high rate, no card remover at all please(any kind).

mvp cards is sold constantly even in 10x rates where boss/mvp cards are 5x (such as DestinaRO)

its not like it requires any higher rates than that for mvp cards to appear, there needs to be few mvps constantly camped to increase mvps killed per day to enough high for mvp cards to start poppin with decent speed.

and even those prices starts from 300m (even in vends)


but yeah card remover would make it silly anyways. -1
