(+) Unlimited Zoom out in Buildings

Please implement this non invasive and simple feature so that I can see more than 3 feet in front of me when inside buildings. Useful for when we want to do quests. It also has no impact on the server or players. For people who want to be blind while inside a building, they can remain blind by just zooming in.

This will be done once we tweak the viewpointtable for indoors as well, so it looks like there's no difference -- considering that this is just a request for "zoom" support and not unlocked "angles".

While it can be done by just removing the values from the indoorrswtable, it's preferred that this be a fairly seamless change as well.
