Do you mean control panel in windows vista? or in the ragray folder? if its in the ragray folder, please tell me specifically where I can find it then? thanks alot for the help.

I seem to be getting a " failed to get /bandaids/bandaids.txt" when opening patcher and when trying to logging in, get a "failed to connect to server"

Did you download the latest ragray? If you did make sure you download the latest patcher the 8-21-2009 version. Update your sakray fully and try again. You may have uninstall and try again. Make sure the patcher gets installed directly into the ragray folder.

The control panel in windows. I'm using XP, but I believe there is a control panel screen on Vista as well.

For this issue if your under vista or 7, try to run as admin should fix the problem.
