Add a Quiver NPC

This isn't an official server. It's a private custom server. Also, this one addition wouldn't impede on anything. All you have to add the NPC and charge 10k per quiver for all elemental types as well.

It's just easier. Why make people do more than they need to? Considering they'd cost 10k, it's not imbalanced anyways. Regular quiver npc isn't 10k.

-1. Non archer classes do not have immediate access to elemental weapons like archers can with arrows.

Don't mention endow or asperio. They can be cast on archers for the same effect too.

If sinx, creator, prof and similar classes need to farm shat for WOE, no reason every other class needs to get away with store buying everything they need after spending 15 minutes farming/npc'ing RJs in gonyrun.

Getting elemental ore is easy enough to do. If players want to not have to do anything and just mess around, the Test Server is present for that purpose. Why even bother farming and leveling in the end?
