why not just use the darn pvp rooms. The whole point of disabling skills in town aside from certain support skills was to reduce lag.

Are you crazy? It's a such a long walk to the next field, and the warper is so hard to click on. Not to mention that it's ok to "disrupt" other players on pvp maps here, I'm so scared of other pvpers I dont wanna go on pvp maps to pvp!!

This is partially approved.

We're only going to keep the skill restriction to Prontera. All other towns will allow you to use skills without restrictions. HOWEVER, Skill Spamming rules will still apply if it gets out of hand -- but we recommend players to be rational and go to a different town if necessary. Consider Prontera a restricted duel area -- which could be interesting in its own way.
