Currently, the only things implemented are the monsters (and preliminary details of their drop rates and stats) and the warps to get from map to map for Manuk and Splendide. These can be experienced on Wool if your kRO/Sakray install is up-to-date. No NPCs are configured yet
Jekyll has quickly reviewed some of the data more in-depth and also agrees that it isn't ready yet.
All we can say for now is: when it's ready, it'll be opened. We don't want to launch it too early, but we also don't want to launch it too late -- and would rather not have players waiting too long either.
