more than modifying the event rewards, what we need to do first is make events more accessible for everyone regardless of time zone. We need to make the RO-playing public see that this server is not just a NA server.

Bloody Branches are part of the New Universal 24/7 Event: See the Following;
New Universal 24/7 Event - Effectively immediately, a new "random drop" system has been implemented for players who spend lots of time on-the-go! Now, at a low drop rate, you can obtain rare items. You'll know what it is when you see it. We'll start this maintenance period off with Enriched Elunium, Enriched Oridecon, and Bloody Branches as the initial random prizes. This will be a permanent feature and will continue to evolve as necessary.
