I suppose the General Discussion would be used for this. Any kind of "newbie" questions would be more for the Welcome Center. It really depends on the question though. Client bugs and server bug questions would go in the report sections as noted in the descriptions.

We could make a Questions forum, but we have plenty of forums and too few threads at the moment.

I see what you mean about plenty of forums and too little threads, but maybe make a 'Question Section' in the General Discussion. Just an idea and a good way to be more organized? :]
