Mini woe, I will try to describe the best i can; Basicly mini woe is GVG, in castles also could be compared to as similar to WoE FE, but without rewards. Its generally a very fun type of woe,usually not taken very seriously.

Players do enjoy just having the setting, most players do not waste alot of materials for this woe, it's basicly like a GVG tournament... if you dont like it you dont have to patricipate.

What are the requirements for mini woe? Base level? Limited classes?

There are no requirements for Mini woe, its just like having a weekly GvG Event where the prize is getting bragging rights when you have your guilds emblem on the flags. Really it's just for fun.
