Item Merchie is priced for convenience if you want to walk over tool dealers then fine you don’t need to pay the extra cost, if you want the convenience you can pay a tiny bit more, they DC to be equal to the actual costs….
Concerning the rules the warning yes was a slip of my mind, thank you for reporting it.
As for the botting and that see the following;

Reporting: 1-3 Screenshot(s) of the offence taking place - including PM's to the person asking them anything to provoke a conversation while attempting in any way you see fit to prove they are a bot -- within these rule limitations.

Also concerning the stupidity rule, its more meant to deter people from acting out for no reason… there is no need for it.
