GM need help my character was trap

GM please help me my character LaughingMan(palladin level 99) was trap inside the portal in prontra the baby WOE portal on the right side every time i log in my character the whole amistrRO application was closed please HELP! TT /cry /cry /cry

Make sure you have patched completely by running AmistrBA.exe.
If you have completely patched, exit out of ro and delete your bandaids.file, then run the AmistrBA.exe and repatch Amistr completly.

Also a quick solution is to reset your character's location via the control panel at www.amistr.net
