Best Time for PvP Event- EU people :D

Is 9pm to 11pm for GMT +1 a good time for EU players to do the PVP event?

I don't live near here, but I want to attend the event at this time.: 1; 14%

Poll for players in EU area or near it.

PS. That is 2 pm to 4 pm for me and 3 pm to 5 pm server time. Perfect for me

! If I am wrong by the times for me let me know!
