ok i got the announcement saying u won a gift whisper GiftDrop npc with Claim an to get ur prize so i.m trying to do that an its not letting me i ask smeone an they tell me how to do it an i finally typed it right an iwas to late said u waited over 5mns so i was wundering is there anyway toget my prize if i can prove i got the announcement an i dident know what to do i got ss soon as i figure out where to find them

If you sent an @request about it within the 5 minute timespan, we'll get the item to you. Just let us know what character you were on so we can cross-check it.

To claim a prize, you do *exactly* what the message tells you. It says to PM "NPC:GiftDrop" with the message "CLAIM!". If you don't do that, it'll either tell you that the receiver doesn't exist, or that you made a mistake in typing "CLAIM!".
